Business Collaboration
MICRO-GRANT PROGRAM
Micro-grants for up to $250 encourage collaboration between downtown merchants with the goal of attracting area residents to their businesses and Downtown Stevenson during the shoulder season.
The Biz-Collaboration Micro-Grant Program is created and overseen by Stevenson Downtown Association's Promotion Committee.
MICRO-GRANT GUIDELINES
ELIGIBILITY

Any new event, activity or promotion when 2 or more businesses collaborate.

Must take place during October 1 - December 15, 2023.

Each participating business in a project is eligible for up to a $250 grant when they match the investment.

Project costs may include advertising, staff costs, food & miscellaneous expenses.

Participating businesses must be located within downtown (including the waterfront).

Project must aim to draw locals to downtown Stevenson.
TIMELINE

The current application period closes October 15, 2023

The Stevenson Downtown Association's Promotion committee will review applications and will approve or deny them via email.

Projects must take place between October 1–December 15, 2023.

Approved businesses must submit a full reimbursement report by November 30, 2023.

One grant payment, in full up to $250, shall be paid to the business within 30 days of receiving a grant report with approved project receipts.
APPLICATION PROCESS

Submit grant application to be received by October 15:

Fill out the ONLINE application, or

Print a paper application, fill it out and drop it off in person at our office at 167 2nd Street (inside Chamber office), or

Print a paper application, fill it out and mail to Stevenson Downtown Association, PO Box 1037, Stevenson, WA 98648.
