Business Collaboration

MICRO-GRANT PROGRAM

Micro-grants for up to $250 encourage collaboration between downtown merchants with the goal of attracting area residents to their businesses and Downtown Stevenson during the shoulder season.

The Biz-Collaboration Micro-Grant Program was created by the Promotion Committee and supported by the Economic Vitality Committee, all volunteers.

MICRO-GRANT GUIDELINES

ELIGIBILITY

  • Any new event, activity or promotion when 2 or more businesses collaborate.  

  • Must take place during October 1 - December 15, 2024.

  • Each participating business in a project is eligible for up to a $250 grant when they match the investment.

  • Project costs may include advertising, staff costs, food & miscellaneous expenses.  

  • Participating businesses must be located within downtown (including the waterfront).

  • Project must aim to draw locals to downtown Stevenson.

TIMELINE

  • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

  • The Stevenson Downtown Association's Economic Vitality committee will review applications and will approve or deny them via email.

  • Projects must take place between October 1–December 15, 2024.

  • Approved businesses must submit a full reimbursement report by December 15, 2024.

  • One grant payment, in full up to $250, shall be paid to the business within 30 days of receiving a grant report with approved project receipts.

  1. Fully review information packet, including all grant requirements.

  2. Complete and submit grant application either by:
